Average MSRP is approximately $400. Type of child’s electric car is randomly selected and may not be as shown in advertising. There are 3 models of cars, MSRP of models are $399, $449 and $549. Sponsor has the right to substitute a prize of “equal or greater value” for any reason. Prizes are awarded “as-is” and without any warranties or guarantees beyond warranties such as a manufacturer's standard warranty. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The daily drawing for a child's electric car requires the submission of a video uploaded by the entrant of someone/something singing the Kars4Kids jingle. Video must be at least 10 seconds long but not longer than 2 minutes. Limit one entry per person per day and each entrant may only win once. Each entry must be unique content. Video may not contain any harmful or illegal activity or content; and does not in any way violate any federal, state or local law or regulations. Any video not conforming to the eligibility requirements will be disqualified. Videos should not contain personally identifiable information or other sensitive/confidential content. Submission of the video results in the transfer of ownership and all intellectual property rights from the entrant to the sponsor and are subject to worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license for any and all rights in all media now know or hereinafter invented that is granted to the sponsor and related entities. All entries submitted between 12:00am and 11:59pm ET each day between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025 (“Contest Period”) will be entered into a drawing, resulting in the selection of 365 daily winners. Sponsor reserves the rights to open the entry period earlier, although there will only by 365 winners. Drawings for the daily winner will occur daily, weekly or monthly throughout the Contest Period at the discretion of Sponsor. Entrant may receive 3 additional entries for each friend they refer who submits their own video using the referral link. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent an entry from being received or for non-delivery of any electric cars to winners due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or parcel service errors. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, lack of participation or any other factor beyond the sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Promotion is not valid in the U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or international locations. Entrants must be 18 years of age.
