FAQVacation Voucher Questions
General
I can't travel due to the current state of emergency? How long can I use my vacation for?
A couple of changes have been made to the voucher terms for the duration of the national state of emergency so that our donors will still be able to take advantage of the vacation offer.
- Instead of 30 days to activate, you will now have 90 days from when you receive your voucher to activate it.
- Donors usually have 1 year from the time the voucher is activated to schedule a vacation. You will now have an additional 3 months after the state of emergency ends to schedule your vacation.
What do I need to do after receiving the certificate?
After you’ve received your vacation voucher (within thirty days), you’ll need to send in the activation form with a $50 refundable deposit. You’ll then be emailed a welcome letter from passportcrm.net with detailed booking information and a reservation request form.
